Villa rates are categorized in high and low seasons

A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation at apriliasVILLA

Final payment is required 45 days prior to arrival or immediately if booking is made less than 45 days

Deposits and final payments are non-refundable

Payment can be made by bank telegraphic transfer to our account

Villa check in time is 2pm. Check out time is 12 noon. A late check out can be arranged until 6pm at half the rental rate subject to availability

There is a minimum stay requirement of two (2) nights

There is a 20% service charge on top of all supermarket shopping receipts

No smoking allowed at apriliasVILLA

The villa disclaims any and all liability of property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the villa, it's staff, employees or agent.
